Join the Assemble Programme with National Youth Theatre and Mayflower Theatre.
Lead inclusive creative opportunities for d/Deaf, Disabled, and Neurodiverse young people in Southampton. Coordinate training, work experience, and creative projects with local partners and volunteers. Champion equity, collaboration, and long-term impact in the arts. Be part of a national movement transforming access and representation in creative careers.
The role will be offered based on a fixed term contract, at 22.5 hours per week (including some evenings and weekends) for 33 months. This role will predominantly be based at Mayflower, Southampton.
Salary: £29,000 P.A. (£17,400 Pro-Rata 3 days per week)
